Lesson Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Show, and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Home Plate Hawaii for private baseball lessons. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for both our coaches and clients, we have established the following policies.
Effective 06/01/2024
Cancellation
- Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled lesson time for any cancellations.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in the lesson being charged at the full rate.
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule their lesson with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled lesson time at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be accommodated based on coach availability.
- If a client reschedules multiple times within a reasonably short period, we reserve the right to assess a rescheduling fee or enforce our cancellation policy. (Ex. rescheduling your booking four different times within a three week period)
-To avoid this fee, we strongly advise you to cancel your reservation and book a new time slot when you are better prepared.
- Rescheduling fee is $20
No-Shows
- Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- A 3rd no-show within a 6 month period will result in being charged at the full lesson rate and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Refund
- All sales are final and are non-refundable.
- In rare circumstances, Home Plate Hawaii may consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, solely at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of your service delivery date to review your concerns.
Communication
- All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made by contacting Home Plate Hawaii via social media direct message, phone or email.
- We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies, as they enable us to effectively manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to all our clients.
Exception
Life happens! We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to these policies on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
By scheduling lessons & purchasing services from Home Plate Hawaii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of these policies including cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and integrity of our services.
