Hitting

A powerful, consistent swing starts with the right mechanics and approach. We focus on proper posture, timing, and connection to maximize bat speed and power. Through targeted drills, athletes learn how to load correctly, stay through the ball at contact, and drive the ball to all fields—especially the opposite side. We also sharpen the mental side of hitting, helping players develop a plan at the plate and recognize pitches with confidence.

Speed & Agility

Baseball isn’t about long-distance endurance—it’s about explosive speed and quick reactions. Whether you’re chasing down a fly ball, stealing a base, or legging out a triple, speed can be the difference between safe and out. Our training focuses on short, high-intensity movements designed to build power, agility, and stamina for those game-changing moments.

Fielding

Fielding is often overlooked, but elite defense can set a player apart and win championships. Many young athletes aren’t taught proper mechanics, leaving them unsure of how to approach ground balls, position themselves, or recover from mistakes. Our training focuses on footwork, glove work, and throwing mechanics to build confidence and consistency. Players will learn how to field ground balls correctly, attack balls at different angles, turn double plays, and develop a strong mental approach to handle in-game challenges.

Mix Plate

Choose a mix of up to 2 skills - hitting, fielding, and speed/conditioning. This is an option only for one-hour lessons. Maximize your training time by working on multiple areas.
